I want to place my site on google or yahoo for better search result in higher rank. Also other people’s site or page that has my online store’s info since they have good comments about my online store. I want those sites to be on higher search result since it can increase my exposure. but how to I boost those site up in search result ranking?

Start submitting content to blog sites with the URL of your site in it.
That will get you back links, and raise you in the search engines.

Write articles with your keywords, company name and url in them. The more incoming links to those site the higher you will appear in search results and of course this will convert in more traffic.
Here’s something I learned…content is king. Yahoo & Google will recognize this easily and this will result in higher SE rankings.
I recommend starting a blog. You mentioned you have an online store—so whatever you sell in that store, blog about the benefits and value of it.
If you don’t want to blog, then outsource it, by hiring bloggers to write original content for you. (I am available if you need me

Blogging is being used more and more to drive traffic and increase organic natural search results by large businesses, medium and small businesses. Besides, setting up a blog is free. You can also find original content in article directories…that is free as well.
Just make sure you update your blog 3 tiimes a week minimum (post a new article).
This is guaranteed to drive traffic to your site.
I do it now and am pretty successful with it.
Search engine optimization is a pretty involved process… I don’t have time to tell you all there is to know because, what I know would be a book. So my recommendation would be to try and learn all you can about it or have someone do it for you.
